    Process category represents various operations you perform at Freedom Finance. You can select the relevant process with related to your role and expand your knowledge to improve autonomy and mastery. If you are operating in Financial Planning below are the training processes which are assigned to you, Overview, Make Me Aware Engage Me Advise Me Onboard and Implementation Support Report and Ongoing Services

  • What is ‘Make Me Aware’?

    “Make Me Aware” is the first stage of the Advice Pathway. Training modules bundled in this category will provide you knowledge about what are the ways a client will be introduced to Freedom Finance. This stage is further broken down to multiple processes and each process will be discussed in detail. • What training are available under ‘Engage Me’? This is the second stage of the Advice Pathway and this category/bundle includes different training modules to elaborate processes involves with 1st Appointment, Research, Strategy and quotation. • What training are involved with ‘Advise Me’ stage? This stage is referred to as the third stage in the Advice Pathway. Once an Adviser identified the goals and objectives of the client, adviser will provide the relevant advises to the client by way of a written appointment. This category includes different training modules which provide you knowledge on how to send a paraplan request to write an SoA until presentation of the SoA to the client. • What are training modules aligned with ‘On-board and implementation’ This is the fourth stage of the Advice Pathway, and in this stage you will learn about how you onboard a client once they agree with the advice you have provided in SoA. The training modules in this category/bundle teach you about the process of onboard a client and implementation of investment.

    In this module you will learn how an adviser will provide services to a client who has opted in for ongoing services.

  • What are the training modules provided in ‘Product and Advice’?

    This category will provide you better understanding of different processes involved with platforms. This involved training modules about products offered by different platforms, fees and charges as well as how to fill different applications.
